Many lifestyles are affected by depression. People that once enjoyed being with friends and family their lifestyles changed when they got depression they become more distant even if they have people that care about them, they change their diet like eating a lot of junk food mostly or they don’t even eat. Which is a very unhealthy lifestyle and choice to do. These lifestyle choices cause depression to consume them and try not to fight them back because they feel hopeless. Their healthy lifestyle choices that they use to make change because depression made them not care about themselves. Their nutrients are gone because of that which is very unhealthy and not safe it will lead to many health problems.
